The deal

By subscribing to OfferFlow, you (“Subscriber”) agree to these Terms with REI Unlock LLC (“we,” “us”). If you don't agree, don't subscribe.

OfferFlow is sold as a monthly subscription via Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@reiunlock.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree to use OfferFlow only to send legitimate purchase-offer inquiries to listing agents whose properties you have a genuine interest in acquiring. You will not:

• Use OfferFlow to send marketing content unrelated to a specific listing
• Send to recipients who have opted out via STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or direct request
• Spoof or misrepresent your identity, your company, or the property in question
• Use OfferFlow in a way that violates CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state real-estate-licensing law, or MLS terms of service
• Attempt to bypass search caps, rate limits, or audit logging
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the OfferFlow service

We may suspend or terminate your subscription for violations.

You are responsible for the content of LOIs you compose and the truthfulness of the offers they contain. OfferFlow appends a server-side postal address + opt-out footer to every email and SMS to assist with CAN-SPAM and TCPA / CTIA compliance, but you remain the legal sender of every message dispatched from your account.

OfferFlow is a software tool. We do not provide legal, tax, or real-estate brokerage advice, and we are not a licensed broker. Your use of OfferFlow does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship with us. Consult your own attorney or broker for legal and licensing questions.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee a specific service-level beyond best effort. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages affecting our hosting / database / payment / CRM / data providers, and force-majeure events may interrupt service. Fees are not pro-rated for outages.

You own your account data and LOI content. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate the service. We will not sell your data and will not use it to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

OFFERFLOW IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OFFERFLOW IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a material change is acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
