Common questions
How does the reply routing work?⌄
Every LOI you send is dispatched through your REI Unlock sub-account's existing GHL workflow. When the listing agent replies (email or text), it lands in your CRM as a normal contact with our `offerflow-loi-sent` tag, so your existing nurture automations pick up the thread.
What counts as a search?⌄
One live MLS lookup per city/filter combination = 1 search. Browsing results, pagination, and re-opening property detail modals do NOT cost additional searches. The cap is a fair-use anti-abuse measure, not a metering scheme.
What if I run out of weekly searches?⌄
You can keep reviewing already-fetched results and sending LOIs — only new MLS lookups pause. Upgrade to Pro for 5× the weekly headroom, or wait for the rolling 7-day window to free up.
Do I need a GHL sub-account to use it?⌄
Yes. OfferFlow's moat is plugging into your existing REI Unlock CRM so replies route to your team. If you don't have one yet, we provision it during onboarding.
